Y&R FANS IN REVOLT!

We're mad as hell and we aren't going to take it any more! As Blanche once said, "Deliberate cruelty is unforgiveable!! Neil's callous and cold treatment of Karen is disgusting! Under the guise of doing the right thing, Neil, former good guy is just a plain bastard! And Jack Abbott is not much better....making crude remarks to a blind man. It's not funny any more Y&R! Let's show some decent people on soap operas....that was the backbone of soaps gone by....the good people with a touch of the bad guys....now it's all bad guys. Whew! I feel better now.

  2. MY GOOD FRIEND AL ROSENBERG WHO WAS WITH DAYTIME TV FOR YEARS SENT THIS COMMENT
With a slew of new writers these "days" Y&R is doing a lot of things out of character, but I think the Jack comments were perfect for him. It's just what we would expect of a men who--when Victor had his stroke several years ago and was laying on the floor--just kicked aside his arm, stepped over "the musache's" prone body and walked out So gloating at the sight of Adam "banging into furniture" was very appropos...for Jack.

As far as Neil's actions. The guy was always a control freak, but what he did to Karen was disgusting. I could hardly believe it except that the writers wanted him to do something immoral, unethical and just plain cruel for shock purposes. But then again, maybe they are just trimming their cast and had no further use for the Karen character so they sent her out in a blaze of glory...again.

I also love the way they're promoting the "most beautiful, wonderful night" of young Eden and Noah's lives. Seems they'r encouraging beautiful, wonderful teen sex...not! You can be sure the disrespectful, lying little brat will find herself preggers before long. Don't forget, EVERYBODY who does wrong on Y&R pays for it down the road..EVERYBODY!

Whenever I see some real outrageous scene or storyline, I always ask myself, How would Bill have handled this? That keeps me watching with a jaundiced eye.
